All-way give way
Flervägsväjning
What does the sign mean?
Drivers on every approach to the junction have to give way.
Where it applies
- You have to give way, and so does everyone else.
- Show in good time that you are giving way. Only go on if it creates no danger or obstruction.
Exam trap
Everyone giving way means the sign gives nobody priority. Slow down and work it out together.
Do not mix up with
All-way stop: then everyone must stop, not just give way.
