• Are these real Trafikverket questions?

  Our bank is written against the same curriculum and difficulty level as the official test. Updated every time the curriculum changes. It's not official material from Trafikverket.
• Can I switch languages on one account?

  Each language is its own subscription. You can add another language to the same account at any time, and your progress, streak and bookmarks stay shared across all of them.
• Does my account sync between web and mobile?

  Yes. Sign in with the same email on the iOS or Android app and your streak, goals, and Premium status are already there.
• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Cancel under Account → Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the period you've paid for ends, then you go back to free.
• How does the 14-day right of withdrawal work?

  If you bought on trafikpilot.se, as an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Email support@trafikpilot.se and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, their process applies — see the next question.
• I bought through the App Store or Google Play. How do I get a refund?

  Apple and Google are the sellers for those purchases, so the refund has to go through them — we can't refund money we never received. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Your right of withdrawal still applies; you just exercise it against them. If you get stuck, email support@trafikpilot.se and we'll help you chase it.
• Do I need internet to practice?

  No. Premium members can download the full content in the mobile app and practice fully offline. The web app needs internet.
