Terms of Service

This document is a working draft under legal review. Content may change before Trafikpilot launches publicly.

By creating an account or using Trafikpilot you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Corneon-AI and is a digital study tool — not official material from Trafikverket.

The service

Trafikpilot gives you practice questions in Trafikverket's format, a mock exam, a searchable road-sign catalog, and an AI coach that explains rules. It's a study aid — we can't guarantee that you pass the real theory exam; that's decided by Trafikverket on the day of the test.

Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — scraping content, attempting to access other users' data, or using the AI coach against its intended purpose.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Premium is charged monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. The subscription auto-renews until you cancel it from Account → Manage subscription.

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, per the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Request a refund by emailing support@ikorkort.ai. Purchases made on the App Store or Google Play are handled under their respective refund policies.

Content and intellectual property

All content in the service — question bank, road-sign explanations, AI coach answers, design, and code — belongs to Corneon-AI or our licensors. You may use the content for personal study but not copy, redistribute, or commercialise it without our written consent.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't be liable for indirect losses such as missed exam slots or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits our liability under mandatory law (e.g. consumer-protection rules).

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

Swedish law applies to the agreement between you and us. Disputes are handled first by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN); failing that, by Swedish courts with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
