What does the sign mean?

The motorway ends here.

Where it applies

  • With a supplementary plate the sign can give advance notice.
  • The sign is not used when the motorway becomes an express road.

Exam trap

With a distance on a plate the sign is advance notice, and the rules apply until the motorway ends. After that the motorway's special rules no longer apply. Think about which speed applies.
