What does the sign mean?
This lane or carriageway is for scheduled-service vehicles.
Where it applies
- If it is on the right in your direction, cycles and class II mopeds may also use it, unless a plate says otherwise.
- Other vehicles, including taxis, may use it only if a supplementary plate says so.
- The rule runs to the next junction unless it ends earlier.
Exam trap
Cars may not drive here unless a plate says so, and may not stop here either. Vehicles that may use it may stop only to let people on or off.
