What does the sign mean?
The road crosses a railway or tramway with one or more tracks here.
Where it applies
- The sign stands immediately before a level crossing.
- On a private road with little traffic it can be missing if that is safe.
- You may not park within 30 metres of a level crossing.
Exam trap
The sign does not say whether there are barriers. You still may not enter if a train is approaching.
Do not mix up with
