What does the sign mean?
The marking shows a cycle passage or, where the Cycle crossing sign stands, a cycle crossing.
Where it applies
- A cycle crossing must be combined with a give way line.
Exam trap
The sign and the give way line show it is a cycle crossing. There you must give way to cyclists and riders of class II mopeds.
Do not mix up with
Pedestrian crossing: that is for pedestrians.
