What does the sign mean?
Vehicle traffic is banned here, in both directions.
Where it applies
- The ban covers vehicles, including cycles.
- A supplementary plate can give exceptions.
- If you walk your cycle you count as a pedestrian and are not covered, unless a plate says so.
