Delete your account

Open TrafikPilot and sign in.

Go to Settings, bottom right.

Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.

Confirm. Your account and synced progress are deleted and you are signed out.

Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm within 30 days.

Account record: email address, name and user ID — deleted immediately.

Synced study progress: lessons, mock-exam results, streaks and bookmarks — deleted immediately.

Study data held only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Purchase and subscription records are kept for 7 years after the end of the financial year, as Swedish accounting law requires. That retention is not something we can waive, and it applies even after the rest of your account is deleted.

Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Anonymised crash diagnostics may be retained.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it separately in the store, otherwise billing continues.
