You must give way to cyclists and riders of class II mopeds who are on it or about to ride out.
You may not stop or park on it or within ten metres before it.
You may not overtake just before or on it.
Exam trap
The duty also covers someone about to ride out, not just someone already on it.
Do not mix up with
Uncontrolled cycle passage: adjust your speed so there is no danger to anyone on it. The cycle crossing duty does not apply there, but after a turn you must let cyclists and moped riders pass.
