The sign only applies to the vehicle type or road user group on the plate.
Where it applies
The vehicle type or group is shown with a symbol.
Clock times on the plate are read as a time indication.
If the plate is under several signs placed directly above each other, it applies to all of them.
Exam trap
The plate narrows who the sign covers. If you drive anything other than the symbol shows, the sign does not apply to you. Under the parking sign, that means you may not park there.
Do not mix up with
Total weight: that plate limits by weight rather than vehicle type.
