Bus stop

Busshållplats

This is a stop for scheduled-service vehicles and school transport.

Where it applies

Other vehicles may not stop or park at a marked stop. If there is no marking, this applies within 20 metres before and 5 metres after the sign.
You may stop for people to get in or out if that does not obstruct the service.
Where the limit is 50 km/h or lower you must slow down and let a bus signalling to leave do so. Stop if needed.

The distance is 20 metres before and 5 metres after, not the other way round.

Taxi: that sign shows where a taxi stand ends.
